Chorel Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation & Returns Window
1.1 You may cancel your purchase for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your CHORÉL item(s). To meet this deadline, submit a return request through our online Returns Portal before the 30-day period ends, and ship the merchandise back without undue delay once your request has been approved by us.

2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 All return, exchange and refund requests must be made via our Return Portal. After approval, you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip.
2.2 Items must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unaltered. Products showing signs of use beyond normal inspection will not qualify for a refund. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at CHORÉL warehouse; please pack securely.

3. International Returns
3.1 If you’re shipping back to Chorel from outside the EU, you must include the commercial return invoice provided in your Returns Portal approval email. This document is required for customs processing.

4. Exchanges
4.1 You can exchange for a different size of the same style via the Returns Portal. To swap for a different product, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Claims)
5.1 Should your Chorel item arrive damaged or defective, please upload clear photos and a description of the issue when submitting your return request. Alternatively, email Info@choreljewellery.com with your order number and images of the defect.
5.2 We absorb all return shipping charges on approved claims of damage or defect. No return fee will be deducted from your refund in these cases.

6. Shipping Costs & Fees
6.1 Standard return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise noted in the Returns Portal based on your location or the reason for return. The fee will be displayed when you choose your shipping method.
6.2 We do not deduct a return fee for approved damaged/defective claims.

7. Refund Processing
7.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 7.2 The original delivery charge is non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
