1. General Provisions
1.1 This website is owned and operated by CHORÉL ApS, Rådhusstræde 16, 1466, Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR DK45479366. These Terms and your use of the site are governed by Danish law. References to “CHORÉL,” “we,” or “us” mean CHORÉL ApS; “you” or “your” refers to any visitor or purchaser.
1.2 By browsing choreljewellery.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1.3 If any part of these Terms is unclear, please email info@choreljewellery.com.com before ordering. You must accept our Terms each time you shop; if you decline, you will be unable to complete a purchase.
1.4 We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates here. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Pricing
2.1 Product prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without liability.
2.2 Listed prices display in DKK, EUR, GBP, USD, depending on your location.
2.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes. See Section 3 for DDP arrangements in select regions.
3. Customs & Duties in Select Regions
3.1 United Kingdom: Orders to the UK are shipped DDP (duties and taxes pre-paid). No further fees apply.
3.2 United States: Purchases under USD 800 qualify for duty-free entry under the de minimis rule. Orders above this value, or shipments flagged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, may incur additional duties or fees.
3.3 South Korea: Shipments to South Korea are sent DDP, so no additional import charges are due upon delivery.
4. Gift Cards
4.1 You may purchase electronic gift cards for use at choreljewellery.com. Gift cards never expire.
4.2 A gift card may cover part or all of an order. If the balance is insufficient, you may pay the remainder by any accepted method.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.
5.2 For in-stock items, your payment method is authorized at purchase and charged upon shipment.
5.3 For pre-orders, authorization occurs at checkout; your card is charged only when the item ships.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 CHORÉL ships via GLS and DAO in Denmark and UPS or DHL internationally. All packages include insurance and Track & Trace; details are emailed at dispatch.
6.2 Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days (standard), depending on destination; customs delays are beyond our control.
6.3 Shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
6.4 Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page. If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, we will hold shipment until all items are ready.
7. Exchanges
7.1 Online: Size-only exchanges are available via our Returns Portal. To swap styles, return your original purchase for refund and place a new order.
8. Returns
8.1 You may cancel or return any purchase within 30 calendar days of receipt, no reason required. Submit a return request via Return Portal before the deadline and ship promptly once approved.
8.2 All returns - including exchanges, claims, and refunds - must be initiated online. Approved returns include a pre-paid label and packing slip. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
8.3 Non-EU returns require the commercial return invoice supplied upon approval.
8.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise specified in the Portal. We waive return fees on approved claims.
8.5 Damaged or defective items: upload photos and a description with your return request or email info@choreljewellery.com.
8.6 Refunds (minus initial shipping, except for claims) are issued within 14 business days of warehouse receipt, to the original payment method.
8.7 We cannot accept returns or claims for CHORÉL products purchased through unauthorized resellers or second-hand platforms.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
9.1 For wrong or defective goods, file a claim to info@choreljewellery.com with photos and details, or contact info@choreljewellery.com. If approved, we will replace, refund, or otherwise remedy at no cost to you.
9.2 If visible damage is apparent at delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately.
10. Warranty
10.1 We provide a 2-year warranty per the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Excluded are damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or natural wear. Notify us of defects promptly.
10.2 Remedies include repair, replacement, refund, or price adjustment. CHORÉL covers reasonable return shipping for valid warranty claims.
11. Privacy & Cookies
11.1 Ordering collects personal data for billing and fulfillment. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11.2 We use cookies and similar tools to optimize site performance and marketing. See our Cookie Policy for more.
12. Complaints
12.1 For order or service complaints, email info@choreljewellery.com with your order number and details.
12.2 If unresolved, you may file through the Danish Consumer Complaints Board: Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg or via their online portal.
13. Governing Law & Venue
13.1 Danish law governs these Terms.
13.2 For EU customers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark
