To preserve the finish and longevity of your CHORÉL piece, we recommend minimizing exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.

Your jewellery can be worn in everyday settings, but frequent contact with water — such as during showering or swimming — may gradually affect its finish over time.

Store your piece in its original packaging or a dry, enclosed space when not in use to maintain its shine. A soft cloth can be used to gently clean the surface.

We ship with GLS/DAO in Denmark, UPS or DHL internationally.
All orders include insurance and tracking – details are sent via email once shipped.

Submit a return request via our Return Portal within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Exchanges are limited to size changes - please place a new order for other items. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty, and refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
